  Cute little pizza place with quality pizza!
  
  Selection: All sorts of pizzas were to be had.  We felt a little adventurous and ordered a Mexican pizza.  Heard no complaints!
  
  Prices: Surprisingly good for Running Springs.
  
  Service:  Top notch and on the ball with everything.
  
  In short: Next time I'm in running springs they'll be someone I look for!

  So... we live in Running Springs. It's hard to find good food here but Neo's has always been our go to for good service and great pizza. Unfortunately it's gone way downhill recently. The last few times we've been here the service is very slow and the folks who work here actually border on being downright rude. Our salad was wilted and warm, they "ran out of" ice, we asked for our pizza to be well done as we like it kinda crunchy on the bottom and it was actually very undercooked and gooey. I understand that it gets busy but there's no excuse for rudeness. The same girl I gave a $20 tip to several months ago because she was so nice despite being the only one there on a busy day treated us very poorly this time. It's unfortunate since it's the locals that help these businesses survive. We won't be going back.

  We heard good things about Neo's  Pizza House so
  we decided to ride our Harley Davidson over to Running Springs and have lunch. Billy our server was a amazing, super nice and helpful. Our pizzas were served quickly. I got a margarita pizza that was delicious, my husband got a barbecue chicken pizza. We also ordered a spaghetti and meatballs and a pear and goat cheese salad to go. I would definitely recommend Neo's Pizza House.

  To girl working Sunday night at 6:30pm thank you for having horrible customer service and a bad attitude  while my friend was sitting in the chair leaning in it to look at the menu across the table she physically pushed the chair down and then when we looked at her she proceeded to tell us they will break in probably the rudest manner. Also when a customer walked in to ask the wait time her response was "I don't know we are busy so how ever long it takes" also when I asked her what came in the All Meat pizza she continued to respond with "All the meats" well yes I see that. Then I asked well meats and she points at the menu with her attitude and says "right here" we are locals and love Neo's but you should watch out with who you order. Also I can hear the customers sitting behind us complaining about her as well. Great food, but horrible customer service.

  The family and I went snow tubing and found this place on Yelp. We decided to try it out since it seemed to be popular. I have to say that I was impressed with how good all of the food was. After being out in the cold this food definetly hit the spot. Very fresh and tasteful, I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly too.
